We, at Women for Women, have made extensive efforts to ensure accessibility on our website promoting equality, rights, and transparency for any individual with disabilities.

Accessibility adjustments have been made in accordance with the Israeli standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at AA level and WCAG 2.0 international document. This standard is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 by the International Organization for Regulation in web standardization.
The website is compatible with all popular browsers such as Internet Explorer 10 and above, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
The site is responsive for mobile browsing.
To comply with accessibility standards, several adjustments have been made on the website:
1. Headings Definition - Placing a main heading on each page defined as H1.
2. Operation via shortcut keys of screen reader programs.
3. Maintaining contrast between text and background as per the required standard, with an option to view the site in black-and-white colors.
4. Using clear and simple fonts for readability.
5. Link usage with an explanation of the link's purpose.
6. Maintaining a clear and easy-to-navigate menu.
7. DOM order - Enables navigation on the site using the keyboard and screen readers.
8. Alt text - Textual descriptions of images to assist visually impaired users.
9. Full keyboard browsing functionality - Navigation and operation solely via keyboard as per recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
