Welcome to the privacy policy of the Women for Women Association, which provides shelter and support for women who are victims of domestic violence and their children. This privacy policy applies to the Association's website - http://www.w4w.org.il (hereinafter: "the Association" and "the Website", respectively).
The privacy policy is an integral part of the Website’s terms of use, in accordance with the site’s regulations, which are also accessible on the Website. Any use of the Website constitutes acceptance of this privacy policy, as updated from time to time in the version available on the Website. If you do not agree with this privacy policy,
please discontinue browsing the Website immediately and refrain from any further use.
By using the Website, the user declares that they are at least 18 years old, or that one of their parents (or another guardian) has given consent for the use of the Website and agreed to the terms of use as defined in the Website’s regulations, including this privacy policy and all its terms.
This privacy policy is directed at and applies to both women and men, in singular and plural forms, and is written in the masculine form for convenience only.

Collection of Information about Website Visitors:
The Association does not collect information about Website visitors, other than information voluntarily provided through contact with the Association as a result of using the Website.
In any activity or use of the Website where a user chooses to provide information to the Association via email, the user must provide accurate and correct information.
Any damage resulting from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information is the sole responsibility of the user, and the Association will not bear any liability for any damage or expense incurred due to the provision of incorrect or incomplete information.
It should be clarified that, although according to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every person has the right to review information held about them in a database, the Association does not collect information about Website visitors and does not maintain a database as defined by law. Therefore, Section 13 of the law does not apply to Website users.

Since the Association does not collect information about Website users and they do not voluntarily enter information on the Website, the Association does not commit to using information security systems or ensuring that the Website is protected in any way against unauthorized access.
